
职若婷,讲师,管理学博士,毕业于诺丁汉大学战略管理博士专业、人力资源管理硕士专业。长期从事企业战略管理、人力资源管理、知识管理等领域研究,先后在Journal of Knowledge Management(SSCI, JCR一区),Cross Cultural and Strategic Management(SSCI)等国际高水平期刊中发表研究论文,并在管理学顶尖国际会议Academy of ManagementAnnual Meeting,国际商务学顶尖国际会议Academy of International BusinessAnnual Meeting中做全英专题汇报,曾获Academy of International Business Special Theme Conference博士生优秀提案奖。
